I recently stayed at the Puteri Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is perfect, right along the waterfront, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. My room was clean and comfortable, though it could use a bit of modernization. The amenities were decent, and I appreciated the small touches like daily bottled water and a well-stocked tea and coffee station. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of local and international dishes that kept things interesting each morning. The pool area was also a nice spot to relax, though it can get busy in the afternoons. In general, the Puteri Wing offers a solid experience for a comfortable stay in the city, especially if you're looking for convenience and good service.

EXCELLENT location. This cannot be overstated. This hotel along a few others in central Kushing offer immense value from the point of view of location. You will be within walking distance of just about everything. Besides this, this hotel offers an excellent breakfast with food options for all. Decent sized rooms, and comfy beds.

My family and I liked everything about the accomodation, very clean and big tv screen as everything is new and pleasant. We really loved the welcoming print on our tv screen with our names on it. I loved every bit of my Asian food, laksa sarawak and the juices were made perfectly.Fantastic. Staffs are helpful too. Thank you.

- well located, walking distance to the waterfront, chinatown, cat statue, eateries and shopping malls - breakfast was okay - staffs were very helpful - free parking (either in front of the hotel or inside the mall) - various choices of movies

The room was huge! Our bed was so comfortable and came with both hard and soft pillows. We had a great view of the river. The buffet breakfast each morning was enormous and there were plenty of options. The addition of soy or other non-dairy milks would make this even better.

Had a glitch during check in but the staff handled it professionally and still made me feel welcomed. Thankful for the help. Room was spacious and clean. Everything was great.

The porter was very friendly, the location was excellent, the bed was really, really comfortable, the pool area was nice, staff in general were helpful, the Wi-Fi was good.

Excellent facilities. Excellent location, right near the river and all the great dining spots. Especially appreciate how clean everything was. Beds were super comfortable and room was quite. All technology was working well. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety and again you feel great eating there because of how clean and looked after everything is. Felt renovated. We were apprehensive with no expectations after moving from another local popular hotel, the Waterfront, which disappointed us and left us surprised at their high ratings. But Riverside was worth the move, we were really pleased. Complete contrast.

The room is really great! Newly refurbished with huge TV and great selection of movies, love it! And the best is the beds and pillows probably topped the 5 star hotels! Super comfy after a long day. Breakfast was good too! Location is the best on the riverfront.

Room was spacious, bed was comfy, hotel is strategically located in centre of the city, easy to go anywhere. Staff were friendly. Overall, the Riverside Majestic Hotel, Puteri Wing was amazing and superb. Worth every penny spent. You won’t regret. Easy access to Kuching Waterfront, just cross the road.
